Once your purchase is complete, an automated receipt will be sent to you via email from PayPal. It is imperative that you use a valid email address because this is how you will receive updates on your order process.

Cased By Chrissi uses a drop shipping method. 

  • Custom Pillow Cases- Delivery within 5-15 business days.
  • Custom Name Necklaces delivery within 5-15 business days.
  • Phone Cases delivery within 25-45 business days which is 5-8 weeks.

 It is typical for some items to be received processed and received faster than others. However, all items will be received within 5-45 business days, not including weekends (Saturday and Sunday). If your package is confirmed as delivered through your tracking number by USPS and you have not received it, please contact your local post office. Cased By Chrissi is not responsible for packages after being released to USPS.
